I really enjoyed the view during the ride, but the cabin itself got a little too hot for me. There weren’t even many people in our gondola, and it still started to feel warm and stuffy after a bit. I was hoping for a more relaxing ride, but the lack of good climate control made it harder to fully enjoy.

Support did get back to me and helped out, but the replies were slower than I expected. Maybe it’s just me being impatient, but I was hoping for a quicker response.

The ride itself was fine and the view was really nice, but our gondola was gross tbh... sticky spots on the seats and the windows were all smudged up. Not the best feeling when you're stuck in there for the ride

The ride itself was really fun 😄 but I was a little surprised by how much the souvenir photo cost. It was still a nice keepsake though!

Check-in took way longer than it should have. The line was barely moving, and the staff seemed a little unsure of what was going on. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but it did eat up a annoying chunk of time before we even got to ride.

Went at night. Great skyline, lots of downtown lights. Ride felt short. Line was slow. Glad I tried it once, but I’d only go again if friends were in town.

It was really crowded, and I didn’t have much fun. I also got tired of having to explain the same thing more than once, which made the whole experience feel even more frustrating than it needed to be.

I took my girlfriend here thinking it would be a cute little date spot, but it felt a bit rushed and not that cozy. The view was nice for a few minutes!! But after that, it kind of felt like there wasn’t much else to it. For the price, I was expecting more of a romantic vibe...

SkyView Atlanta was fun once we finally figured out where to go, and the view was definitely nice. But the signage around the entrance was confusing enough that we walked around for a while trying to figure out where the line started and where we were supposed to get tickets.
Once we were inside it was okay, but the whole setup felt messier than it needed to be, especially with people everywhere. It kind of made me lose trust in how organized the place is, which is frustrating because the actual experience could’ve been really smooth with better directions.

I usually judge a place quickly by how the staff treats people, and this visit passed that test right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the wait feel a lot less annoying. There was one small delay, but since the staff was nice and kept things moving, I didn’t mind much. Overall, a good visit.

We went with our toddler and brought the stroller, and it was smooth overall. The staff were really nice and helped us figure out where to leave it before getting on the ride. Some areas felt a little tight, but really, it wasn’t anything that ruined the visit. We still had a nice time and I’d probably give it about 4 stars.

I actually didn’t feel super comfortable there. The security just seemed kind of weak to me, and it made the whole place feel a bit unsafe

I expected the ride to last a lot longer. It felt like we got on, went around for a minute, and then it was already over. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me. If that’s the usual length, I’d probably skip it next time and spend my money somewhere else.

I went mostly hoping to get some good city shots, but it was harder than I expected. The views are nice in parts, but the glass had a lot of glare and a few smudges, so my photos didn’t come out as clean as I’d hoped. The ride also felt quick, so there wasn’t much time to really frame a shot. Compared with other observation decks or viewpoints I’ve been to, this just didn’t feel as photo-friendly. Maybe it’s better at a different time of day, but for photography, I didn’t really feel like it was worth it.

We brought the family thinking it would be a fun day out, but it just didn’t feel welcoming for kids at all. My kids had a few normal questions, and the staff acted like they were being a bother. The waiting area was also stressful and not set up well for families. At one point I was just thinking, how is this okay for a place families are supposed to visit? Definitely wouldn’t choose it again for a family day.

SkyView itself was a good time, but not gonna lie, the parking situation wasn’t the easiest. We ended up finding a nearby lot after circling around for a bit, but it added some extra time and cost to the trip. It wasn’t awful or anything, just something I’d plan ahead for next time.

The line looked long when I got there, but it moved quicker than I thought it would. A friend had recommended this place to me, so I stuck it out, and the wait ended up being totally manageable.

I’m not even sure if it was later in the evening or closer to nighttime, but the area started feeling sketchy. We were planning to stay longer, I think, but ended up leaving way earlier than expected because it just didn’t feel safe

I visited in a wheelchair it turned a simple outing into a hassle. There were too many areas I couldn’t get to, and it felt like accessibility wasn’t really thought through. It shouldn’t be this hard for disabled visitors to move around and enjoy the place.

I was feeling relaxed the whole ride because the seats were comfy enough. At first I was like, yeah, this is great, then halfway through I suddenly got annoyed because they did feel a bit tight. Still, overall it was a nice ride.
